Read complaint. Perused documents filed with the complaint. Heard ld. counsel for the complainant. The subject matter of the present complaint is the energy bill for Rs.11,250/- issued by the opposite party under section 135 of the electricity Act,2003. A copy of the said bill is filed on record at page no.13.

In view of the judgement rendered by the Hon'ble Apex court in the case of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. and Anr. Vs. Anis Ahmad, the complaint is not maintainable before the forum, Hence it can not be admitted. The same is dismissed.
