Utpat, President                                          :- Order Below Exh.1:-                                         Date – 19th August 2013 [1]               Complainant through her power of attorney has filed purshis dated 29/07/20013 stating that as the dispute is settled outside the Forum complainant does not want to proceed with the complaint and prayed for disposal of the complaint as withdrawn. It is taken on record. Complaint stands withdrawn in view of the purshis. Proceedings closed.   [2]               Both parties are directed to collect the sets which are provided for the Hon’ble Members within one month from the date of order.
