ORAL ORDER

Per – Hon’ble Mr. V. P. Utpat, President

          Complainant in person is present.  Adv. Ashok H. Deshpande instructed Adv. Rhishikesh R. Ganu is present on behalf of the Opposite Party/Insurance Company.  Parties present before us report that there is amicable settlement of dispute between the parties outside the Forum and pursuant to such settlement, today Opposite Party/Insurance Company handed over to the Complainant, a cheque in sum of Rs.40,000/- towards full & final settlement of claim of the Complainant.  Complainant states that now, he has no grievance against the Opposite Party/Insurance Company.  In view of such submission, present complaint stands disposed of as settled.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
