The preliminary objection was raised as to the jurisdiction of this Fora.
Heard, the learned Advocate Shri. Rajput for the complainant, perused the documents placed on record. The complainant has alleged that, the respondent has arranged the exchange offer at Beed. The complainant was agreed to exchange his old freeze. Accordigly, he has paid Rs.500/- in advance. However, the respondent did not exchange the Refrigerator.
We have considered the submission made by the learned Advocate. We have also perused the contention of the complainant and documents on record. It is seen that, the complainant has not produced the single piece of evidence to establish that the exchange offer were held at Beed. It appears that, the no transaction was occurred at Beed. The respondents are shown residing at Mumbai and thus this For a has no jurisdiction to entertain the complaint.
Hence, complaint stands disposed for want of jurisdiction.

1. No order as to cost.
2. The complaint stands to disposed.
