Perused the record, settlement deed, withdrawal application and documents filed on record,  it appears that matter is amicablly settled between the parties. Complainant does not want to proceed further against accused.

Considering the settlement between the parties accused is acquitted u/s 27 of C.P. Act, 1986. Bail bonds if any executed by accused stands cancelled. Matter is disposed as “Withdrawn”. 

                                                               ORDER  

       1)      Execution Application is dismissed as withdrawn. 

       2)      No order as to costs.

       3)      Accused is released from offence u/s 27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

       4)      The bail bonds executed if any by accused stands cancelled.

       5)      Certified copy of this order be supplied to both parties free of cost.
