REQUEST FOR DISCONNECTION OF RELIANCE BROADBAND CONNECTION no.9310676644

Respected Sir,
On March 17,2011 we had requested to the reliance customer care (request no.149222811) for disconnection of our Broadband Data Card no.9310676644 and we were assured by them about immediate disconnection and since than we are trying for the same by requesting customer care and Web world but being send to each other by saying that it will done by the other.
below is the detail of interaction no and date.
April 17,2011 interaction no.2254371429
April 26,2011 interaction no.2263933301
May 17,2011 interaction no. 2288895734
May 17,2011 interaction no. 2288972200
Every time while talking to customer care we are assured that request have been forwarded and to go to WEB WORLD where the WEB WORLD officials at Gurgaon insist to talk to customer care only.
And since than we are paying the bill without using the card.

    hello Sir,

    I need to disconnect my datacard. I brought Data card near to my home.I proceed letter with the amount whatever amount they specified. But they send letter to my home with next month bill.I went to the office last week and i asked about that,they are not responding properly..now they send notice. I don't know what to do nw?.....I stopped using my data card from FEBRUARY...please give some suggesstion to relieve from this problem..I cant pay the bill without using the datacard...

    Hi Team,

    Please disconnect my broadband internet connection (Username - 385683376722). I am very dissatisfied with the service delivery. What you guys deliver is way way below your commitment. I have spent hours speaking to customer care reps regarding the connection problem and you are least bothered to work or fix the same.
    Wait time on your customer care always exceeds 15 to 20 mins to get in touch with any representative.
    I have given a complaint for disconnection on 28th Jul 2013 after being on phone for good 25 mins and the female rep said that to file disconnection complaint i will have to wait for some more time as their systems were down. I informed her that I cannot wait any longer and suggested her to lodge complaint and she said that I will get a call within 24 to 48 hrs.

    Today (2nd Aug 2013) I called back again as I did not get any call regarding disconnection. After a long wait of 20 min got a live person on phone Rep Name - Manu Nayar (Emp ID unknown as the employee denied to give the same). I was shocked to hear that the previous lady with whom I had a conversation, did not lodge any complaint and there is no information about the call that I did on 28th Jul 2013. I was very furious after hearing the same and hope reliance has a call recording system and track the same (If Reliance is really bothered about customer service). I Lodged a complaint again today and have to wait for two more days.

    Complaint No- 206823171.

    Please do the needful else I think Consumer Court will be the next place to meet.
