    i am rishab verma my no is 9770383739 reliance the paid service started automatically and then when i tried to stop it calling customer care the number of customer care is dead kindly help me as 198 is not working and every month my balance is getting deducted

    Hi Team,
    i was using reliance net connect : 9372616792, and was making the bill payment immediately on bill generation.
    i used for about 1.3+year.
    For the bill period Feb 2012, bill generated on March 20. As a practise, i made the payment by ICICI bank net banking on 22nd March for amount 750/-.
    I have been following up with the team since last few months, but issue is not yet resolved. Even Bank statement for the payment also sent to Appellate authority and Netconnect broad band team. Visited Koregaon, Reliance unit still no resolution.. :(

    Hello,

    I am Idea customer 9527766400. I requested Idea to stop services of this number on 3rd july 2012. With reference to same I had also cleared the outstanding amount. On 5th July I received call from Idea to confirm my request. I confirmed them that I want to stop the services. On 6th July I again mailed them in detail that I want to stop the services, had also mentioned the transaction no and all details of outstanding payment. I thought the services of that number have been stopped.

    Surprisingly, I receieved bill for that number in month of August. When I followed up with Idea CC they told I denied stopping the services in a confirmation call on 5th July. I told them I again mailed on 6th July regarding stopping services and transaction details but they were not listening. Now I am being told to pay rental for an extra month of August. Why should I pay for their mistake?
    I also mailed to the appelate authority with Idea, seems they are also not much concerned about irresponsible behavior of their people.

    Highly frustrating experience with Idea. I request you to please help me take this highest level. This must be happening with many customers.

    Sir, I had made complaint before Reliance Customer Care on date 2nd Sept,2012 My Complaint NO. is 186331224. Regarding Faulty Phone Instrument. The Instrument get disconnected automatically after receiving call ,Shows that it is Switched Off while receiving Incoming Call , Battery discharges withing 10-15 Minutes . So far I have not received Fresh Instrument in working Condition. Plese resolve my complaint as Communication is totally stopped due to faulty Instrument

    As per your agent's advice at Ottapalam Reliance Centre (Palakkad,Kerala), I purchased a CDMA Sim Card(No.9349169945) for my Reliance 3G Tab V9A, after providing the necessary ducuments. But, Later I got the information from the same office that there is no provision to operate Reliance 3G Tab V9A in our area.So I am not able to use the Tab and the SIM.
    So Kindly inform me the procedure to surrender the CDMA
    Sim Card(No.9349169945) for my Reliance 3G Tab V9A due to the non -availability of the services in our circle which I got the information later.
    I request you to look in to this matter and to do the needfull.

    I have a Post paid connection of Reliance with number 9312763226.

    Initially I made two online payments through my services and both were not credited to my account.
    As a result my services were disconnected. Later, I tokk all the concerned documents and after 15 days of rigorous complaints the amount was credited and my services were restored after 20 days of complete disconnection.
    Later I moved to Pune for some time and the services were again disconnected without any intimation via SMS or any call.
    I am not able to get connected to Customer Care or the appellate authority helpline.
    I mailed the issue several times and no response is coming.
    I only have this number as a point of contact and this service disconnection is really creating a mess for me.
    Kindly help me resolve the issue .

    And im not able to contact Reliance Appellate Authority no, i cud just hear the recorded voice for selecting language after selecting it wil say thanks for calling reliance secretariat office

    For past 2 months im using this reliance no (7667843666)...im a new costumer to reliance but totally got fed up with reliance customer service.
    i have started using this sim with thala plan (74 rs plan) 5 paise for rel to rel no n 500 mb per month for 6 months . suddenly one day i got a msg
    that 51 rs gprs plan successfully activated for u n 51 rs was deducted from my account. Then same day after recieving tat msg i called to customer
    care they were not listening me at all they were saying there is no chance without subscribing and they told me to use tat pack for 15 days but i told to deactivate as it is
    auto renewal pack n they told it is deactivated . but again after 15 days money was deducted again i have called n complained they told it was not deactivated
    now only theydeactivated , i told to refund the money but they dint ..again on 11th october my money deducted for 51 rs plan so totally without subcribing
    for me 153 rs loss ....11th only they deactivated tat 51 rs plan while deactivating my thala plans 2g data also got set to zero(10th october i had 3.5 gb data balance) .after complaining they told i wil get 500 mb only on 12th but till now i dint get refund n data balance for thala plan ...i have complained several times regarding this but they wil tell its in solving state ...
    Actually because of me my 5 friends got reliance gsm number but now im totally not satisfied with reliance . i got signal problem also n reliance tower is very next to my home .
    (as tower was very near so only i took reliance no )..but later noticed tat there is problem in tat tower when there is no power, generator wil start after very long time til that there wil be no
    signal n if power there also it use to disconnect frequently while talking or using 2g internet ...

    Complaint no : 189089914 , 189519790 ( i have complained morethan 15 times but i have noted only these no's)

    And im not able to contact Reliance Appellate Authority no, i cud just hear the recorded voice for selecting language after selecting it wil say thanks for calling reliance secretariat office

    so kindly do the needful assap .

    Dear sir/ma'am ,

    I reside in navi mumbai , and from last few months I am getting SMS from reliance cell phone number +919392909610, I do not know this person and had asked him/her to stop sending SMS at mid-night, but all in vain. With the thought of getting rid of this issue, I personally tried many times to call on this number but no response, either the number is buzy or gets switched off.. The person also seems to have no fear of my family or police complaint, which even panics me more.

    I request you to pls look into the matter.

    My number 9681951331 has been a victim of wrong balance deduction from the service provider even after complaining the same case before you earlier
    03/12/2012- for VAS CRBT-02.00 INR & 15.00 INR (same day) without my initiation
    04/12/2012-for renewal of CRBT service-02.00 inr ( is it fair to charge for any service twice within 24 hours,because 15.00 inr was deducted for 15 days,as mentioned in sms sent by RM-RELIANCE.
    Now i am determined to discontinue the services of RELIANCE as no one is listening to customers grievances

    kindly look in to the matter and resolve it .

    Hello,

    I was a long time customer of Reliance communications, mobile number = 9321816161, this connection got terminated by suspicious manner and now all the time i call customer care they give me all different reasons of discontinuation.
    This number is considered a VIP Number and i was using it from a very long period of time.
    On the occassion of Diwali i converted the CDMA connection to a GSM one from the Reliance web world in J.B.Nagar, Andheri for which they took the necessary documents from me.
    but suddenly my connection got disconnected by Reliance, without any notification, giving me reason that i have n't submitted necessary documents, which i do submitted but because of their miss-communication with their webworld galleries or else the document didn't reached the right place, for which i re-submitted by documents to the J.B.Nagar,Andheri-E Webworld, but still has been more than 20 days my connection not got resumed.
    I went again to J.B.Nagar webworld to clarify the matter, but in vain, instead they informed me that my connection got terminated. Then they provided me with a contact number which in uncontactable, now i feel as helpless, because i can't do anything to resume my services.
    from last two days i tried calling my discontinued number, but i am getting the ring from other side, this mean it is now assigned to someother person and being cheated from me.
    Now, i am helpless, my business contacts are unable to contact me.
    Please help to resolve the problem ASAP.

    Dear sir/Madam


    I am the user of Reliance Broadband + net connect (post paid), but my complaint is against bill payment. In the month of Nov i paid 840 Rs against the bill in Karnataka. Then again 950 in the month of Dec 5th 2012 but there is no fault in my payment then also my broadband connection is deactivated. I given a complaint in customer care as well as in appellate ,but there is no use .The people of reliance communication says there is no updation on your old bill that is 8/11/2012 amount of Rs 840. Please tell me when are you going to activate my service?
