Bank enforced illegal Extra charges for no reason in 2004.
Not responded. Now at Settlement, Bank does not agree to remove my name from CIBIL and Settles with "Settlement due to inability to pay the dues".

9. Nature of Relief sought from the Banking Ombudsman
I want Bank to agree with the mistake and settle it, Bank should "Remove" my name from CIBIL. Should use the words "mutual settlement by both Bank & Customer.

now only rs.1050000/= loan pending in my a/c . After rbi issued guidelines i had done 4 times e mail & also talk with there customer care dept. For prepayment but all time they are asking for prepayment charges
please reply me when theywill impliment rbi guideline
if rbi is regulatory authority of all bank in india then why bank are not implimenting rbi guidelines after 45 days also
