    Dear Sir ,

    I purchased a sofa from telebrands ,that was ok at the time of delivery and nothing hapen within 15 day (that was money back guarantee) but 2 month after but 3 month before sofa has release the joint of back side( That looks manufacturing defect,weak joint) , I told the problem to the company but she said that guarantee had finished do we can not do any thing ,if u wand replacement u must pay both side parcel charges +2700 Rs.

    Sir please help me to change this sofa or give my money back .i will be highly obliged you.

    Sir/Madam,
    I am Jayendra Nath Chakraborty, a Central Government Official working with the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. I had purchased a Nokia Mobile, model no -5130 Express Music on 4th October 2009 from The Mobile Store, G-25, Ground Floor, East Delhi Mall Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. It has a warranty period of 1 year. Since 25th March 2010 the keypad of the set is not functioning. I went to the Mobile Store in the last week of March reporting the problem to them. They directed me to have it checked in an Nokia Care Center at Vaishali, Sec-4, Ghaziabad, Ph-0120-6579999,417835. I went to the Nokia Care Center and gave it to be checked. I got back my cell the next day and they infromed me that some internal shielding was missing from my phone and it had been already opened by someone. They also charged Rs 950 for repairing it although my cell is in warranty period, but I refused. I have never opened the set before or given it to anybody for repairing. I informed the same to the EDM mobile store but they refused to help. So I had no other option than to lodge a complaint at the Customer Forum. I am unable to use my phone for the last 2 weeks and mentally harassed also. I want my cell to be replaced. Pls help me out. I have complete faith on Consumer Court and hence waiting for the reply.

    Dear Sir / Madem,
    I am Sanjeev Sharma Mob. No(+919711524551) user of Oriental Bank Of Commerce, sir this time i am facing too many problem. Problem is that on 26th May 2010 at 9.30PM i did transaction with B-2,3, Sector-16, Noida Axis Bank Branch ATM Machine. But at the last time suddenly light has gone and my ATM Card did not come out. When i told all problem to axis bank employee then he said that i have to arrange new ATM Card, because you have other bank ATM Card and Axis Bank will never return it to you.
    Sir please tell me who is responsible for this it's me that i did transaction with Axis Bank ATM Machine or Axis Bank that they don't have backup plan like UPS.

    Sub.: Unauthorized fabrication unit at Vijaya Apartments (A Block, Roof top), Ahinsa Khand - II, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad

    This complaint is regarding an unauthorized/ illegal fabrication unit which is running in a residential apartment of Indirapuram. The painting, assembling and curvature of interior decorative takes place at this units. The raw material used is very prone to fire and hazardous for health of children.

    This unit is creating lot of problems in terms of hurdles into daily operations and Health Hazards. Since the roof of the units is fabricated with Boomboo sticks and hay / bushes the chances of FIRE is also very high.

    The people of the society complained many time to the RWA but no steps had taken to stop this.

    This practice is continuing for more than last 4 years.

    There is around 10 to 15 labors work at a time. We have a strong doubt on there sanctity and identity with reference to criminal background. We live in fear of chain snatching and abduction every day.

    The complaints for the same was done in past also but no action take yet.

    Request you to take necessary action and help the people of the society to live safely.

    Dear Sir,

    The Bulk meter of our society ‘SPS Residency’ is in the name of M/S PANCHSHEEL PROMOTERS LTD, 18B, VAIBHAV KHAND, INDIRAPURAM. From April 2009 our RWA has taken ownership of all the common facilities and common accounts of the society including bulk electricity connection from UPPCL and electricity distribution system from M/S PANSHCHEEL PROMOTERS LTD.

    We have noticed that our RWA is collecting fixed UPPCL electricity charge at the rate of Rs 34.3/KVA per month on total 2754 KVA sold to all apartments but actually residential block has only 2070 KVA available by diverting 283KVA to the commercial block from total sanctioned load 2353 KVA.

    We have also noticed that our RWA is charging UPPCL electricity at the rate of Rs 3.20 per unit which is higher than the tariff mentioned in the Society Electricity Bill.

    Besides these, inspite of repeated requests and reminders our RWA has refused to give us proper electricity bill and also did not accept our request to accept cheque facility for purchasing electricity re-charge coupon. Currently our RWA is accepting only CASH for purchasing UPPCL electricity recharge and DG recharge coupons.

    We feel that our RWA is cheating us by violating UP ELCTRICITY SUPPLY CODE 2005 therefore we request your support for inspection and correction of our pre-paid SECURE meter installed in our apartments and refund of our money with appropriate interest which were collected by over charging of UPPCL electricity.

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased Olympus camera from Riverside Mall, Gomti Nagar Lucknow from BIG BAZAR on 26th Jan 2010.
    I was handed over the camera after 15 days of booking. When I used that camera in my house I found its pics r under exposed. I went to Big bazat to complain their executive for the problem, there I was misguided by them saying that the setting was not proper in the camera. I kept the camera and when I used this camera for recording of a ceremony for which I had purchased this, it did not work and all my function was without recording.
    I complained about this camera to Mr. Amit (HR Executive at Big bazar, riverside Mall , LKo) several times on phone but he did not respond me properly and finally he was never available to me on phone.
    Thereafter I was given phone No. of another executive Mr. Ravi Kant Anand (Electronic head) I met him personally and he could find that the Battery connectivity is not in the camera and then he asked me to get repair my camera from workshop.
    Big Bazar and Olympus cheated me by supplying defected camera.
    Thereafter, Mr. Anand asked me to handover the camera, which was sent to Olympus repair workshop at Delhi on 5/5/2010 and repaired my camera and sent it to Big Bazar after more then one month ie on 7-6-2010 and informing me that the whole software has been changed in camera and now it is working and they will not change the camera nd I will have to accept this repaired camera.
    I am not interested in this camera because I was supplied defected camera, which was proved after repair and change of software in the camera by Olympus workshop. My camera does not come under warranty
    because it was having manufacturing defect when it was supplied to me and it was not defected by me.
    Please suggest me to go to consumer court.

Sir I am serving in India Army at Fatehgarh I buy a glamour motor cycle from khanna punjab on 11 may 2009 and bring by road at farrukhabad on 25 may 2009. after that all four free service done at gupta auto dealers barhpur farrukhabad (UP) before 1 year with said four free service can't give satisfaction about my self starter one time say pin changed second time self starer switch changed & lastly supervisor told me battery to be replaced . on cost 1080/- sir I have no time doing like this. This free service only total poora doing oil change & washed that is.please counslling him and try to give satisfaction to consumer.

    I have been using my prepaid Tata Docomo number 7275739056 since 10/08/2010. Suddenly on dtd. 21/09/2010 the Tata Docomo service provider have been closed out going call facilities on my number, without informing me, after I making call to Tata Docomo customer care executive, they replied that your document a not submitted rewith us, so we have closed your outgoing call facilities.
    I have been submitted required document first time (10/08/2010) to the retailer when I was buy sim card.
    I have been submitted required document two times also to the retailer on dtd.23/09/2010 & 28/09/2010, but still my call barring problems is not resolve? So, I am going on very big loss.
    There fore I request you to please look into the matter and take action against Tata Docomo prepaid services/department.

Sir I buy a Batterie alongwith Inverter of 3 year warranty, cost Rs 8,100 from B.S Batteries and inverters 123/479, Fazalganj, Kanpur -208012 on 07 Aug 2008.

    The telephonic complain regarding low battery backup has been placed to above mentioned dealer many times but the same was unactioned as the Batteri and inverter is under warranty period.


    There fore I request you to please look into the matter and take action against B.S Batteries and Inverters.

    The above battery was purchased from M/S CHARAN-TECH ,377,G.F.,NYAY KHAND-II,INDIRAPURAM,GHAZIABAD. on 22/05/2010 with a warranty period of 18 Months.
    The same is not able to provide adequate back up in the event of a power failure.
    The back up varies from 1- 2 Hr as against stipulated 4-6 Hr for a 180 Amp.Hr Battery.
    The party has refused to replace the sub standard battery despite repeated requests.
    Kindly look in to the matter & advise the dealer to fulfill his contractual obligation to replace the defective battery.

    Sir,
    I am Vinod Kumar Singh, an ex -defence personnel residing presently at A-155/B-2, Shalimar Garden Extn-2, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (U.P.)
    On 19th Oct 2009, I was approached by Mr. KABIR BHATIA (mobile No. 9999156956) of Bajaj Capital for investing money in Kotak Mahindra Insurance policy and he counted a number of benefits of the subject policy. He lured me towards the Kotak Smart Advantage Policy by saying that the company would give me a gold coin of 8 grams upon taking the policy and the money is returnable after 03 years with a guaranteed sum. I, having no idea of the insurance policy, blindly believed the agent and took the policy by giving him a cheque of Rs. 60,000/- ( Sixty Thousand only) in favour of Kotak Mahindra.
    Thereupon, I kept calling Mr. Kabir Bhatia but he always kept me engaged so as to cross the period of 15 days so that the policy cannot be taken back after that. This information was totally concealed from me in order to take me in grip. When I reached the Company office in New Delhi, it was then that I came to know that I have been cheated by the agent and that there is no provision of giving any gold coin from the company side. But, at the same time, I was told by the company office in New Delhi that I need not worry as I could get my money back after 03 years at the prevailing market rates, a second time concealing of information regarding non-return of 1st premium before 20 long years. I am 44 presently and what use of that money will I make once all my liabilities are to be looked-after before the usual age of retirement that is 60 years.
    It was only on 15 Oct 2010 when I approached the customer care executive of Kotak Mahindra in order to pay my 2nd premium, then only I came to know that the 1st premium is returnable only after 20 years. This was a bolt from the blue for me and I immediately made up my mind to bring this mis-selling of the insurance product in the knowledge of the company so that adequate disciplinary measures can be taken to stop such practices in future.
    The so called agent Mr. Kabir Bhatia is not traceable anymore and even the Bajaj Capital office in Caunaught Place, New Delhi is refusing to identify the signature of the co-agent sent by Mr. Kabir Bhatia, who did all these deals with me at my home. Even the mobile number 9999156956 of Mr. Kabir Bhatia who dialed several times between 15 to 21 Oct 2009 on my personal numbers 9818193559 and 9873477829, is now belonging to some other person in Kashmeri Gate area of Delhi.
    This is clearly a case of mis-selling of insurance product and cheating to fellow-countryman and hence the concerned agents may kindly be brought to book after a proper investigation. Since the company happens to work in close association with Bajaj Capital whose agents have deceived me, the credibility of the company is also at stake and doubtful.
    I have following few questions for the Insurance company Kotak Mahindra to answer for as it has relevance of my situation:
     that why do the companies like Kotak Mahindra conceal the information before selling any of their products
     that if the company’s growth is only the prime concern, why does the company go for deceiving indirectly, rather it should go for a broad-light decoity.
     that if the company can deceive an ex-defence personnel, will it leave a common man of this developing nation.
    Sir, my 1st premium of Rs. 60,000/- ( Rupees Sixty Thousand only) is lying with Kotak Mahindra and I am no longer interested to continue the policy. I simply want my principal amount of Rs. 60,000/- returned to me without any interest.
    In light of the above, I request the concerned offices to help me in getting my hard earned amount of Rs. 60,000/- back and suitably reward the agents who did forgery with an innocent citizen and defence personnel.

    I have purchased a "HP Pavilion dv-4 2126 TX" model of laptop on 22nd august 2010. But since the day i purchased it will not working properly. And i complained about this in HP service centre but they will not providing me satisfactory service even in WARRANTY PERIOD and my laptop is still unrepaired even after 6 month.

    so, i want too know the procedure to return back my money and wanted too impose a case in consumer court on HP as they cheated me by selling me a defected product.

    Respected sir, I am ARVIND SHARMA.I take a education loan from syndicate bank.So, i am a saving account holder in syndicate bank, branch code 8848,millenium public school baghpat road meerut(UP),account number 88482210025438.I am insured in BAJAJ ALLIANZ under policy number 0063472150 and my assignee is syndicate bank. My insurance premium paid annually through bank demand draft. At the time of 3rd premium, 15 july 2009,Rs. 10000 debit from my account through demand draft but not deposit in my policy premium account.Due to non payment of premium my policy is lapsed and beared high penalty also.I bear a loss around Rs. 30000. For this losses branch manager is responsible.So, i kindly requested you to take a proper action against branch manager and pay my demdnd draft amount and all expenses and losses related to my insurance policy, which is beared by me.

    It may please be noted that I have been misguided on the applicable charges of New Demat account, I am re-producing discussion points for your reference :

    a) Before entering into execution of documents , I was asked about my investment capabilities (being new and small time investor I confirmed my total investment capacity to be around 25-30K (which did include investment towards buying stocks).
    b) In view of above I was offered two plans as under :
    a. Down payment of Rs 15000 – with brokerage chargeable as 1paise for same day & rest 10paise.
    b. Down payment of Rs 30000 – with brokerage chargeable as 1paise & 8 paise as brokage charges along with 20% discount plus free software at free of cost and additional limit of Rs. 6000 for brokerage & Trading total value being offered as Rs.36000/-
    c) I was not communicated about advance brokerage which would be charged (even without doing any trading , which is not the standard business practice being followed by competition).
    d) I absence of above information I paid Rs 24000.00 vide cheque No. 778353 dated drawn on Indian bank and my account was created.
    e) It was when I got a confirmation call from you and being asked to deposit more money for trading , this advance brokerage clause was informed , which I am not in position to afford.
    f) I tried to seek support from Edelweiss team , having approached ( Sanjeev,Raju, Shalu, Satpal Saini, Ashwani,Himanshu, S.Rajesh) unfortunately could not have positive support in settlement .
    g) In absence of any positive response and support , I tried to register my concern with your call centre, here also I was denied any formal request login number.

    Please note that due above circumstances, I decided not to avail the services of edelweiss and did not use any of your services.

    Inspite of non-useage it has been communicated that the amount paid by me shall not be refunded which is not fair and ethical business practice.

    I am undergoing tremendous mental harassment due to wrong commitment and threat of losing hard earned money.

    I hence would request that my request may please considered with empathy and seek refund of money paid to edelweiss vide cheque no.778353 dated ………… for Rs 24000.00 drawn on Indian bank be , immediately refunded without any deduction and delay.

    As I have lost the confidence and courage due to initial experience, I would not be able to continue.

Wooden furniture from the Furniture Bazaar in Big Bazaar on dated 24/01/2011 which was delivered on 02/02/2011, in unassembled form And the product was found broken into piece's. when we complaint thay said that after 3 days your product will be replaced and still we r waiting for it to be replaced its going to be a month and now they r saying that it can not be replaced and now u can purchase a new item in that amount . its not a small amount which we can just waste on just any thing that we don't need.we need that bed so we want it to be replaced as soon as possible and we can not purchase any thing else in its replacement .

    This IS to solicit information whether the resident welfare Association comes under the purview of the consumer protection act.
    I am resident of Neelpadam apartment II, Plot 25, Sector -4, Vaishali, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad.
    In the year 2007, my house was burgled and goods worth Rs. 40,000/- was stolen when I was posted in Jaipur.

    When I visited mt flat i was shocked to find that the entire flat was ransacked and the burglars had decamped with cash, silver ornaments, garments, electronic goods all amounting to Rs 40000/-.I i immediately intimated this to the local police and also to the office bearers of the Neelapadam Resident Welfare Association.
    Next day I lodged the complaint with the police and also submitted a copy of the same to Association for following it up with the police to nab the miscreants. Since I was posted out I could not have followed it up personally though I spoke to the SSP , Ghaziabad. He was kind enough to direct the local police of the area to follow it up. Police team came twice to the society to investigate. But, the association office bearers did not extend any cooperation to it and the police team also neglected the matter. I was in helpless state as i could not have come frequently from Jaipur to take up the matter. frustrated by this attitude of the association office bearers, I stopped paying the maintenance charges after 2009.
    I was transferred back to Delhi in November 2010. I took up the issue with the Association and demanded to compensate for the loss from the association account.. The office bearers says that the The association has shoulders no responsibilities for the theft and washed of its hands .The association says that the issue is between you and the police and the association is not bothered and the role of the society is non existent.
    Please let me know could my plight be covered by the consumer act and relief be provided by it. if not, then ,who is the competent authority which could take up issue for delivering justice by addressing to my problem.
    Please let me know urgently since the association has threatened me to withdraw all facilities to me and my family.

    Even the certificate was handedover to us by your dealer after 45 days from the date of purchase and when we gone through your certificate terms and conditions mentioned on back side which states that the transportation cost from the said point and all local taxes shall be borne by customer. This condition mentioned in your point no. 12 only while you have not mentioned the same any where in catalogue or certificate while as per company policy if your are not giving free gift than you should not compaign like this , you have to mention clearly that this Plasma TV is not provided by company at free of cost basis and company is going to charge so much amount of money at the time of delivery.

    After 45 days we talked to your dealer ( M/s Sushil Electric Co.Ghaziabad U.P ) and ask him that he has cheated us as he did not tell us anything regarding the taxes and than we ask him how much amount we have to pay extra at the time of taking our free gift as at that time we had made our full payment and we did not have any option for quiting this scheme than he told us that there will be very very nominal charges of Rs.500/- only which we have to pay at the time of taking our free gift.

    But now after completion of three years when we send mail to you on 14/02/2011 at bmo@videoconmail.com e-mailid we did not get any response from your side and even we talk to your executives Mr.Madhusudan Khanonkar at head office at nos. 02431 - 251501 and your branch office at Ghaziabad U.P with Mr.Abhay trivedi on mobile no.09540627533 but we did not get any confirmation / reply from your side and we were following up with you on phone on regular basis ( phone details shall be submitted if required ) and finally we wrote a harsh mail to you on 06/04/2011 i.e after 51 days and after that only you have send your mail in which you are demanding Rs.6080/- extra for our free gift.

    We would like to inform you that after purchasing Videocon product we got free harashment from your side as we are mentally harashed by your behaviour / attitude.

    Hi,

    My Name is Sanidhya Kumar and i am resident of Idrapuram, Ahinsa Khand 2. A Vodafone sales executive (Ankit (9873181834)) called me up saying that they have a new 3G plan in which monthly rental is Rs500 and downloading and surfing is unlimited and i took that plan. He told me that the 3G plan will be activated in next 72 hours so i waited. The plan never got started. Instead of 3G i got GPRS plan which is totally wrong and i was misguided by Vodafone executives. Moreover when i called Vodafone helpdesk i found that there is no 3G network for Vodafone in Ghaziabad. I want to lodge a case against Vodafone for misguiding and bluffing me to take there GPRS plan.

    2.. M/S Basundhra Prop Pvt Ltd has withdrawn maintenance of Parasvnath Edens Housing Complex wef 31st March,09.
    3. In accordance to Para 3& 4 of Minutes of Meeting held between the Director of BPPL and Office Bearers of EFORA ( RWA) of Parsvnath Edens on 14.3.2009 , M/S Basundhra Prop Pvt Ltd was supposed to refund Interest Free Maintenance Security to the undersigned and other Flat owners .Account of 15 Flat owners per week on every Sunday were to be settled wef 01 April,2009.

    4. Breaching contract Agreement , BPPL never sent A/C rep to Parsvnath Edens. Whenever , we went to BPPL office at Shahdara , or contacted Mrs Parul Gupta (dealing clerk )of BPPL , Shahdara, through Phone, she gave misleading reply. Mr. Yogesh Jain M.D. BPPL is always hiding and avoiding to refund Security deposits..

    Dear Sir

    I have purchased a Mtek Battery Model EB636 with serial no. Y3615072093 on date 23-07-2011 wide invoice no 1606 from Glowfast Electronics pvt. Ltd. B-7/S-104,105,106,109,110,125 & 126 Gaur Plaza, Shalimar Garden Extn II Sahibabad, Ghaziabad-201005. But the battery was faulty and company has replaced it with another battery having serial no. H4615119442 on 20-9-2011 again on 26-9-2011 I faced same probelom and asked to company on costomer care to check and replace the battery. Costomer care executive told me that complaint will be resolved today and your complained no. is 22007. But nobody from the company attend my complained when I asked again on costomer care the executive asked me to contact distributer. when I asked distributer about my complained he asked me to bring the battery to his office and refused my request to ask anyone from him to attend my probelom. Please do the needfull in my case I dont want to use this brand battery and i want my money back.
