I am holding account of SBI and UBI had made online transaction TO CANARA BANK of ₹30000 from different accounts. but i entered wrong account number of CANARA BANK. Money has already sent, Unfortunately by mistake I did not recognized even account was right or wrong, On next day when customer complaint on the money has not been credited, we recheck the account was wrong. I contacted to BANK they said I need to contact to CANARA BANK, I CONTACTED TO CANARA BANK AND THEY SPOKE TO THE MANAGER OF THE BRANCH, THEY SENT ANNNEXURE FORMAT FOR US TO REVERSE BACK THE MONEY, WE ALREADY SENT ALL NECESSARY PROCEDURE BUT THE MONEY HAS NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT NOR TRANSFERRED TO ITS DESTINATION. PLEASE SIR HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
