Swiggy charges wrong cancellation fee from customer

I placed an order of pizza on swiggy app mentioning my second home address but they delivered at another address.I asked their executive that they have sent it on wrong address so they should deliver on right address.But they refused and cancelled the order and now they have charged cancellation fee from me.It’s unfair practice and that’s why I raised this issue on consumer forum.
