Worst customer service from Flipkart

I experienced the worst customer service from Flipkart. I have placed order ODA6852944956LMHNP00 for Moto G(2nd Gen) on 6th Sept 2014. The product was delivered to me on 10th Sept. After using it for an hour I observed a dead pixel on display and heating issue at rear side so I requested for replacement/return on the same day (10th Sep). From that time, I haven't received any call from Flipkart and when I called their customer support they just answer we will clarify your request within 24 hours. After 6 days also no one call me. In written communication, as usual gave false promises, apologies and extra time request by the person.

My sincere request to all the people who are interested to do shopping with Flipkart to think as much as you can before taking risk. The customer care is useless and not interested in solving your problems.
