Complaint against Flipkart

I have bought a mobile flip cover from on 29 July 2014. As per the specification provided in their website, the material of the cover was specified as "Leather" on their website. But after I recieved the item it doesn't at all looked like leather, instead felt like a cheap material. So, I immediately requested Flipkart to arrange a return of the product and give a refund. But, they generated a replacement request instead and tried to replace the same product which I rejected. After mailing them 3 times, one day they called me and accepted my return request, but the very next day the delivery boy again came with a replacement which I rejected too. After this I mailed them two more times but with no answer. I felt really cheated. Please help.
