Go Air

Dear Sir/Madam,
I undersign as Nikhil Kumar Bajpai. I booked a ticket on 22oct-2008 from Go Air; however that flight got cancelled and the help desk persons told me that I'll recieve full refund as the flight got cancelled.They took my Bank acc details and postal address and assured me that with in 15 working days I'll recieve the amount.
After many calls I've found out that every time I call them they use to give me some future date for refund.
Kindly suggest me how can i contact consumer court and file a complaint against Go Air.
I'll be grateful to you for your help.
